Sorry, PRIME Shades does not currently accept returns. If a product is damaged during shipping, PRIME accepts exchange of that product within ten days of purchase. Please direct any questions regarding our return policy to firstname.lastname@example.org before placing your order.
If you wish to cancel an order, contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number. A full refund will be issued if the order has not yet been shipped. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have shipped. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for a refund to be issued. All international sales are final.
